MONITORING & EVALUATION (MIS) UNIT

NEHRU is established a management information system for monitoring the progress. The MIS will link the accounting and financial reporting systems and provide performance indicators to assess the physical and financial performance of the program. The present village and beneficiary data processing system established at the NEHRU and Divisional levels. Its enables the project to prepare the base line data of village and beneficiary profiles and the housing conditions in the North and East.

During the project implementation, NEHRU outsourced the MIS development works to an experienced firm and trained its officers at provincial and district levels on the information entry and processing to answer various project monitoring and performance auditing queries related to the project. Monitoring and Evaluation which facilitates the day to day operations of the districts and weekly reporting and monitoring requirements of NEHRU, World Bank and GOSL.
